After their individual training sessions, the trainees take on their first head-to-head challenge - a seemingly simply battle to be the first to grab a mallet, get past their opponent and bang a gong. Back at the hacienda, the winners are treated to a slap-up meal served by the losers, although not everyone sees the funny side.
