Slipstream in his Conquest intercepts a Cobra message, which contains an important command code. A squadron of Night Raven are sent after him. He and one of the Night Ravens crash land on an remote island Cobra base. The Stratoviper, a lady named Raven, is injured and not very friendly towards Slipstream.
