Brooke feels uneasy about demanding control of the company but Connor assures her she deserves it. Stephanie offers Brooke her share in the company so that Eric and Ridge will not have to suffer for her feud with Brooke. Brooke tells Stephanie she will give her an answer at the meeting. Eric tells Thorne and Ridge he will save the company somehow.
