Sally realizes that it had to be Jake who stole the formula, but when she confronts him he denies it. Macy is out of jail and decides to stay with Jake. Blake tells Bill he would like to buy the "Eye on Fashion" magazine. Clarke makes another pass at Felicia, but she still resists.
