Han-soo gets falsely accused of murdering Lord Chu. So-won steps up to be his witness, but Han-soo refuses, feeling betrayed that So-won has been fooling him the entire time. Han-soo gets tortured and is forced to make a confession when a group of witnesses burst into the interrogation hall.
