Thalassa takes us to the Atlantic and Mediterranean coasts of the French coast. On the Atlantic coast, head to the spectacular salt marshes of Guérande, before experiencing a special day in Noirmoutier: a race against the sea on the Passage du Gois which connects the island to the mainland at low tide.
