The Demon King, defeated 30 years ago, suddenly returns. The once-heroic Knights of Light reunite, but age has weakened them. In search of a new hero, they unexpectedly choose Kyoko, a shy and ordinary medical office worker. Confused but determined, Kyoko sets off to defeat the Demon King and save the world.
