Jay discovers that Lokhande is using a microphone to listen to every word being discussed by his family. Jay informs this to Premchand and the microphone is found in a locket given to Premchand by Lokhande. Meanwhile, Lokhande learns that Deepak is Gyanchand when Deepak reveals his identity before the police officer.
