After three happy years in a foster home, 4-year old Oakley Carlson must be returned to her biological parents. Her broken-hearted foster family accepts the decision until they learn that Oakley has stopped attending pre-school. Worse still, they don't know where to find her. The child's biological parents claim they haven't seen her in a year.
