Whenever Suzuka Shinshiro (Kurara Emi) pays a visit to "Pas Mal", she always orders bouillabaisse. But this seemingly inconsequenetial fact threatens to set off a chain of events which may derail the celebrations on the occasion of the restaurant's 3rd anniversay.
