Semir and Tom are hunting the suspected murderer Rudolf Behrmann, a police officer who is said to have shot his partner Martin Fischer. Behrmann protests his innocence and takes hostages in the office. In a conversation with Semir, he gives him the task of tracking down a man named Jürgen Blaske. Blaske turns out to be an undercover investigator who provides information about drug embezzlement by SEK officers. But Blaske is shot, and Semir and Tom must now find the real murderers before it is too late.
