After a mass crash, André and Semir find a body with a gunshot wound to the head in a burnt-out car: the Vietnamese key witness Pnom Pen, who was lured out of a safe hiding place and murdered. The perpetrator, injured in the collision, covered up the murder. André and Semir discover that Pnom's brother Phong La is also a key witness and his life is in danger. They have to save him.
