Competitors are divided into three teams to compete in two rounds where they will prepare barbecue. In the first, the teams must prepare a porterhouse on the coals. In the second round, the other two groups have to roast a large piece of sirloin steak and also present it with sauce and slides. In the elimination test, participants are challenged to reproduce a dish created by Henrique Fogaça based on the memories he has with his father.
