Do Ran overhears Soo Il and Yang Ja's argument in regard to Yang Ja's demands from the would-be in-laws. Do Ran is devastated to discover this and tells Yang Ja that she will not continue with the marriage. However, she eventually returns and assures Yang Ja that she will continue to support both of her family even after marriage.
