Moo-young decides to accept a secret serial killer's offer to reveal the real killer of a medical student if he can clear up the facts. After solving the mystery of the clandestine murder, Kang-ho finds a trace of the “gnome” from 10 years earlier on CCTV and tries to arrest him, but fails again and sets out to find the sole survivor.
