Alesia 52 BC - Caesar's Gallic Wars (2019x49)

Previously in our historical animated documentary series on the Gallic Wars of Gaius Julius Caesar, we have covered the battle of Gergovia between Vercingetorix and his Gallic alliance, and the legions of Caesar. Although the Romans were defeated in this battle and more Gauls joined the rebellion, Caesar didn't relent. The crucial battle of the rebellion took place at Alesia in 52 BC and that battle changed the course of history.
