Paul apologizes to Harlow for accidentally deleting a voicemail left by her deceased mother. However, Harlow is furious and understandably upset about the loss of this precious memory. In an effort to make amends, Paul tries to contact the phone company to retrieve the message, but unfortunately, they refuse to help.
