Laura, teacher at a high school in Turin, accepts a date with Andrea, a charming surgeon; they spend a pleasant evening, but due to an unexpected event, Andrea goes to Laura's house. The situation then results in a night of fun... Too bad that the next day Laura remembers that she was not consenting during the sexual act, so she tries to frame Andrea, believing him to be her rapist. The surgeon denies everything, and although Laura arrives to have his house searched by the police - aggravating the situation of both of them - she continues her battle alone, perfectly convinced she is right.
