Through a photo of Jae Yeol and Hyeon Joo that Eun Young has given her, Yoon Jin realizes that her husband has had an affair. She also finds out that the person in the photo is the same patient that she diagnosed before and is also Eun Young’s older sister. Meanwhile, Yoon Jin meets her mother-in-law and Jae Yeol’s mother, Park Seon Ja, in Eun Young’s hospital room.
