Penelope and her dog Clovis have been absolutely silent for days! To Penelope’s mother, Bernie seems to be such a perfect dogsitter that she offers him a lot of money if he finds a way to make Clovis bark again and therefore Penelope talk. But everything he tries is a failure, so Corneil decides to help him. While he experiments a new method on Clovis, Corneil hypnotizes Bernie who starts acting like a dog!
