Dave tells Deirdre that Ken told him they're getting back together. Deirdre tells Dave she'd like to have a few days away with him whilst Ken and Tracy are in Portsmouth. They both look forward to their little break. Mike tells Alma he plans to start his own company with a front man. Mike makes himself Managing Director of Phoenix Fabrics and Martin is annoyed when Alma skives at the café.
