Archie forbids Stephanie to attend a rock concert.Billie agrees to accompany Stephanie because shes an adult.Archie learns Stephanie went anyway so Archie and Barney go to the concert where a riot takes place and they get arrested. Stephanie and Billie make it home only to see Archie and Barneys arrest on the news.
