The narrator tells a story of Shin-chan and his family, who meet a man with magical powers but is trapped in a lady devil's house. Shin-chan uses the magical wand against the lady devil and saves the man.
Shin-chan and Masao go to Yoshi's house to get an autograph from him. However, Yoshi tries to escape from Shin-chan and Masao. He gets irritated on the kids and decides to go on a leave.
