At school, the doctor diverts children's attention so as to vaccinate them. But Shin-chan builds a conversation with the doctor to avoid the injection.
Misae prepares food for Kawaguchi on his sudden visit. And after having food, Kawaguchi and Shin-chan play together and have fun.
