Karen and Greg Cowell and their two young children have outgrown their current house. They want a bigger place with enough room for them and all their toys. Unhappy with the previously owned homes they see with realtor and close friend, Debbie Kelly, they decide to have a brand new house built. They sell their house and move into a rental while the other is built. They then discover that they might be able to do even better.
