MIP patrol officers Carlos and Lucia are on the trail of a sniper who is shooting dangerous breed dogs while their owners are walking them. At one point, the criminal decides to start shooting the owners as well. The tips lead to a building where the individual is besieged and where Lucia tries to convince him to drop his weapon and give himself up.
