At the first part of this elimination challenge the participants have a tasting challenge which they have to tell all 18 ingredients in a russian soup called Borscht.
Then at the second part of the challenge they have to use all the 18 ingredients in a dish at their choice.
Finally the two participants remaining will taste a soup from Thailand and have to copy it at the third part of this elimination challenge.
