Titch receives a visit from a customer that needs his help - Parachute Regiment soldier Chris recently had his right leg amputated and wants a specially adapted motorcycle, to take on a testing ride across the Alps, in an attempt to prove to himself that: “He can still be the man he used to be.” Having spent ten years in the UK Special Forces, specialising in vehicle mobility, Titch is well used to a tough assignment, taking on Chris’ specific build as well as their first ever car build, a 1965 Hillman Super Minx Estate that they are converting into a surf wagon. However, things don’t go smoothly and both projects push Titch and the team to the limit.

An ex Special Forces colleague and close friend of Titch needs his help. Toby was shot while on ops in Afghanistan and is now paralysed from the neck down, requiring a mechanical ventilator to breathe.

Titch and the team tackle an 1100km Moroccan desert expedition with a veteran’s charity using buggies and bikes. Closer to home, they restore a vintage sailboat for a naked wager!

Titch Cormack and his team use all their military experience as they battle against tight time constraints to refurbish and upgrade Exmoor Search and Rescue's 30-year-old Land Rover Defender. They also clear Titch's lock-up of broken and half stripped motorcycles, planning to get as many of the dilapidated machines running as possible and then attempt to sell them at a busy local autojumble

Titch Cormack restores a vintage custom motorcycle to honour his late grandfather, who was a D-Day veteran and the inspiration behind his own military career. Once the job has been completed, Titch wants to ride the machine to the D-Day beach his grandfather landed on and pay his respects to the soldiers who took part in the Second World War

Titch Cormack enters the Weston Beach motorcycle race on a vintage scrambler the same age as he is and visits orthopaedic surgeon Charles Willis-Owen to see what, if anything, can be done about his damaged knees and ankles before the flag drops. Titch is joined in the race by injured military veteran Billy, who is attempting the challenge with just one fully-functioning arm

After a busy summer, the team head for some R&R, Speedshop-style: tackling an epic off-road adventure across Iceland on bikes with bolt-on skis. But is it a challenge too far?
