Dramatised by James Andrew Hall from the novel by Francis Brett Young, about a doctor who, after dealing with a fatal accident, makes a journey which conjours up memories of his past, especially his relationship with his spoiled brother Harold, who is sent to Eton, while he makes do with the local Grammar School. , And he recalls his first meeting with Edie-one of the two women with whom he will fall in love.
