The actor heads to Northumberland National Park, where he tries his hand at one of Britain's oldest, and toughest, sports - Cumberland and Westmorland wrestling. He visits the remote College Valley, spends a night wild-camping in the Cheviot Hills and gains rare access to the Otterburn Ranges, a vast military training camp, where he uncovers the story behind its First World War trenches.
