After arms dealer Randall Hooks is killed by Walker in a raid his older mercenary brother Caleb Hooks gets revenge by killing Phillip Daniels, the F.B.I. agent in charge of the bust and kidnaps Walker and makes him fight to the death. Meanwhile, Trivette works with Daniels' partner, Carl Bishop to locate Walker.
