Zindzi and Alex make percussion music with George Washingmachine, make origami penguins, play I-spy, see some kittens through the windows and act out the 'Hey Diddle Diddle' nursery rhyme. The story is 'Up and Down'. The presenters sing The Grand Old Duke of York and do the Fairy Penguin Walk.
