Justin Fletcher presents songs, rhymes and visual humour all centred around themes that are familiar to young children. Mr Tumble has a parcel! It is his new surf board. Granddad Tumble gives him advice - if you want to surf, you need waves! Meanwhile Justin and his friends have found plenty of waves in a brilliant waterpark in Blackpool!
