Swiss Commandoes are after the notebook of Dr. Vahtoss, Carmalita's father and the inventor of Arthur's flight suit. And Blowhole, a giant long-distance running whale, accidentally swallows everyone, forcing the Tick to light up Little Wooden Boy to cause Blowhole to choke them up. Yep, just another day in The City...
