Nicki Chapman is on an emotional house-hunt with a horse-loving couple who plan to trade in life in Northamptonshire for one in Brittany. With a budget of £250,000 to spend, they are after land and equestrian facilities and are amazed by what they can afford. While in the region, Nicki introduces them to a British couple who have already made the move and can fill them in on the realities of life in France.
