Matt and Sara have recently moved from Albuquerque to the Boulder, Colorado area. Matt craves a house with character that has some history and heritage to it, a place nestled in a grove of mature trees, not those puny bush-like things he's seen in brand new developments. Sara, on the other hand is almost allergic to antiques because she grew up in a home filled with them. She would prefer a modern home with clean, crisp lines. Can they come together and act quickly if and when the right house comes on the market?
