Storm shocks Brooke and Katie with a slip of a confession. The motive behind the shooting and framing Stephen is revealed along with a plea to not go to the police. Stephanie feels the need to be cheered up so she visits Stephen in jail. Stephanie tells Stephen that if he confesses now, she will see to it that the DA goes easy on him; Stephen maintains his innocence. Stephanie tells Stephen that he had his chance, but since he didn’t take it, she will see to it that he will be severely punished.
