Jillian gathers her team together to tell them some devasting news - Bob has to go back to the states as his mother passed away from a massive heart attack. While he's away, both teams work together, with mixed emotions. As a reward for their outstanding group effort, the contestants are allowed to make a ten-minute phone call to their loved ones.
