A young woman's body is found at the foot of a cliff. Safia was about 30 years of age. Originally from the northern suburbs of Marseille, she saw her career take off, which attracted a certain amount of jealousy from those around her. Her friends included Séverine, a young musician whom Safia had taken under her wing, Franck, her fiancé, and Sadri, a kind of twin brother who became a respected and feared gang leader.
