Mainavati informs Ganesh and Kartikey about Parvati's life as a hermit. Malla promises to take revenge on Aghora. Ganesh consoles Mahadev on seeing him missing Parvati. Malli becomes furious when he learns that Kali is going to be taken away. Rishi Markandeya names Parvati's third incarnation as Chandragantha Devi. He specifies the powers of Parvati's incarnation. Indradev becomes scared of Malla, and decides to help Aghora. His guru advises him not to worry about Aghora. Aghora decides to meet Malla.
