Nandi and the Shivgans are excited to welcome Mahadev and Parvati's son Kartikay to Kailash. But they become sad as Mahadev tells them that they will have to wait for Kartikay's arrival. Parvati becomes upset at her son's absence. She makes a statue of Kartikay and adores it. Meanwhile, the Kritikas cradle Kartikay. Parvati becomes thrilled as Mahadev tells her that they will go to bring Kartikay. Narad Muni reminds Tarakasur that his sons will die if they help him in any act of immorality.
