Apex, the Pointy-head alien, strikes a deal with the Netherworld to join forces and take over PacWorld, but Betrayus has no idea that the aliens are even more duplicitous than he is. There is only one chance for victory, Betrayus must give Pac-Man control over the entire ghost army... including Betrayus!
