Cory and Colleen are tired of their small, hip Richmond apartment and are looking to expand into a home in the suburbs. They're looking for a large place where they can entertain out of town guests and eventually start a family. But Cory's picky personality is not making this house hunt easy. He's set on finding a home that has a basement (a rare find in Richmond) elongated, comfort-height toilets, and a massive deck for entertaining all for under $350,000. Will Colleen be able to reign him in, or will Cory's pickiness leave them without a home?
