When Hotch receives a phone call from his brother Sean while on vacation in New York City and several civilians are found dead from apparent ecstasy overdoses, the BAU attempts to profile a sociopath killer attempting to make a statement. Meanwhile, Hotch struggles to keep himself from becoming emotionally involved in the case.
