But Pauline and Alan Jacks are struggling to sell their three-bed property, possibly because of the dated decor, myriad dolls, tapestries and cuddly toys. And just over a mile away, Colin Brunold had been hoping his four-bed family home would simply sell itself. But it hasn't. Can Phil change his point of view?
