Actor and comedian Adrian Edmondson visits the historic county of Lincolnshire, stopping at a family butchers that has been serving an unusual local delicacy since the 1900s. He also learns about the art of stone masonry at the top of Lincoln Cathedral, meets a farmer who keeps one of Britain's oldest breeds of cattle and cooks a regional snack for local folk singers
