Aidé confesses to Tino that it was Melina who called Bill during their romantic evening and that she already knows Melina's true intentions. Blinded by Melina's manipulation, Tino refuses to let her leave the house with Iker. Aidé refuses to give in to Tino's blackmail, but he, angry and determined by his wife's position, announces that he will legally recognize Iker as his son. Aidé makes it clear to Melina that she shouldn't feel special for having a child with Tino, since it was the result of a single night. Melina demands respect and insists that she has never hurt any of her children. Aidé bluntly says that she is just a burden… unaware that Iker is listening to the entire conversation. Aidé prepares brownies for Iker as a way of apologizing. After tasting them, the young man begins to show allergic symptoms. Furious, Melina accuses Aidé of putting macadamia nuts in her son's food.
