The Beck group is confronted with an arson attack. Senior pastor Tolle is found burned to death in the Jeriko parish church. The church’s second pastor is Ellen Bengtsdotter Dahl, Alex’s childhood friend. The case quickly becomes personal, and Alex is faced with difficult decisions when her professional work clashes with her past.
