With only ten days remaining until their first competition, the Iron Girls head to a boot camp in Phuket. Next to its beautiful beach, the girls train rigorously on the sand and in the ocean waves. After the training, they visit local restaurants where every dish and drink is packed with protein. They have their third and last sparring session against international fighters.
