This episode prepares the viewers to dance with a gentle warm-up. The teaching sequence includes: chest-circles, liquid-arms, shoulder-rolls, and the energetic village-shimmy. Viewers are given the opportunity to use what they have practiced in a choreographed belly dance performance. Finally, inspiration transforms these moves into a freestyle belly dance finale.
